What's the shipping policy?

All Better Bovine products ship exclusively within Canada. We offer both free standard shipping (6-9 days) and expedited shipping (2-5 days).

What's the return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase from our website, you may return any unopened packages within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to resell any opened items for safety and hygiene reasons and do not accept returns on them. 

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please send us a photo of the the damaged item(s) to process your request.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item(s) as soon as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
